By accessing or using our website (www.softinapp.com), services, or features, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Softinapp.com, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms.
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Platform Use

Softinapp.com acts as an intermediary platform for buying, selling, and promoting software. The Company is not responsible for the performance or accuracy of third-party software uploaded by Partners.

Users must maintain security of their accounts. Fraud, spam, or copyright violations may lead to account suspension.

4. Partner (Seller) Policy

Genuine Software Only
Only genuine and original software may be uploaded.
Prohibited Content
Pirated, cracked, or illegal software is strictly prohibited.
Revenue Share
Partners receive 60% of each sale after gateway charges and taxes.
Payout Timeline
Payouts are processed after verification (usually 7–10 business days).
Payment Security
The Company may hold or reverse payment in case of disputes or policy violations.

5. Affiliate Policy

Easy Registration
Any registered user may join the Affiliate Program.
Commission Rate
Affiliates earn up to 20% commission per verified sale.
Commission Rules
Commission is not paid on refunded or fraudulent transactions.
Policy Updates
The Company may update commission rates anytime without prior notice.

6. Buyer Policy

Review Before Purchase
Buyers must review software details before purchase.
Non-Refundable After Download
Digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be approved if the product fails to work as described.

7. Payments & Payouts

Secure Payment Gateways

Payments are securely processed through approved gateways (Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree).

Compliance

Timelines and deductions follow RBI and IT Act 2000 guidelines.

The Company may delay payouts in case of chargebacks, fraud suspicion, or pending KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Company Rights

All website content, brand name, and assets of Softinapp.com belong to Right Club 24 Private Limited.

Partner Rights

Partners retain rights to their software but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display and sell it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Softinapp.com is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company is not liable for business loss, data loss, or indirect damages.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable After Delivery
Digital software once delivered is non-refundable.
Technical Issues
Refunds may be approved only for valid technical issues.
Earnings Policy
Affiliate/Partner earnings are non-refundable after credit.

11. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended without notice for:

Fraudulent activity

Platform misuse

12. Modification of Terms

The Company may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
