Welcome to the Softinapp.com Affiliate Program, managed by Right Club 24 Private Limited. This program allows individuals and businesses to promote and earn commissions by referring customers to purchase software listed on our platform. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This program allows individuals and businesses to promote and earn commissions by referring customers to purchase software listed on our platform. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement

    Anyone aged 18 years or older with a valid bank account or UPI ID in India is eligible to participate.

  • Account Details

    Affiliates must have a valid email address and provide accurate account details.

  • Application Review

    Softinapp.com reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application without prior notice.

3. How the Affiliate Program Works

  • Unique Referral Link

    After registration, each affiliate receives a unique referral link.

  • Commission Tracking

    When a user clicks your link and purchases any software within the valid tracking period (usually 30 days), you earn a commission.

  • Automatic Tracking

    All affiliate tracking is managed automatically through our system to ensure accuracy and transparency.

4. Commission Structure

Commission Rate

Affiliates earn up to 20% commission per successful sale generated through their referral link.

Calculation Basis

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, or payment gateway fees).

Commission rates may vary depending on product category, ongoing promotions, or special campaigns.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Payments are released between the 7th and 10th of every month for the previous month's confirmed sales.

Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is ₹500 INR.

Payment Methods

Payments are made via bank transfer, UPI, or other supported payment modes.

Payment Conditions

Transactions under review, refund requests, or chargebacks will not be paid until resolved.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Using fake, misleading, or spam traffic to generate sales
Engaging in cookie stuffing, bot traffic, or any unethical promotional methods
Using Softinapp.com's name, logo, or trademarks in domain names, social media pages, or ads without written consent
Misrepresenting Softinapp.com or making false claims about any product
Promoting illegal or pirated software or redirecting traffic through deceptive means
Warning: Violating any of these terms may lead to immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Tracking & Attribution

  • Tracking Method

    Affiliate sales are tracked via unique referral links and cookies.

  • First Click Attribution

    If multiple affiliates refer the same user, the first valid click will generally receive the credit.

  • Tracking Limitations

    Tracking accuracy depends on user browser settings, cookies, and session data. Softinapp.com is not responsible for lost tracking due to user-side restrictions.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations

Commission Deduction

If a customer requests a refund, chargeback, or order cancellation, the corresponding commission will be deducted or reversed from the affiliate's balance.

Fraud Protection

Affiliates will not be paid for fraudulent or refunded transactions.

9. Program Modification and Termination

Softinapp.com reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, all approved commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid as per the policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Softinapp.com and Right Club 24 Private Limited shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the affiliate program
  • Loss of commissions due to tracking errors, policy violations, or user-side issues

11. Affiliate Account Termination

Your account may be terminated if:

You engage in fraudulent or prohibited activities
You fail to comply with this policy or other platform terms
Your account remains inactive for more than 6 months
Note: All pending commissions will be forfeited upon termination.

12. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes (GST, income tax, etc.) on their earnings.

TDS Deduction

Softinapp.com may deduct TDS or applicable charges as per Indian tax laws.

13. Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
