By using or accessing our website (www.softinapp.com), services, or features, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Right Club 24 Private Limited operating the platform Softinapp.com.

• “User”, “You” refers to any individual, affiliate, or partner using the website or services.

• “Partner” refers to software developers, vendors, or creators who upload and sell their software on Softinapp.com.

• “Affiliate” refers to users who promote products listed on Softinapp.com and earn commission on successful sales.

• “Buyer” refers to users who purchase software listed on the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Softinapp.com, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this platform.

3. Platform Use

• Softinapp.com acts as an intermediary platform for buying, selling, and promoting software.

• The Company is not responsible for the performance, functionality, or accuracy of third-party software uploaded by Partners.

• All users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and payment details.

• Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities, spamming, or copyright violations, will result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

4. Partner (Seller) Policy

• Partners may upload genuine and original software only.

• Selling pirated, cracked, or illegal software is strictly prohibited.

• Upon every sale, the Partner shall receive 60% of the total sale amount, after applicable payment gateway charges and taxes.

• Payments are processed after the buyer’s transaction is verified and are subject to a minimum withdrawal limit and clearance period (generally 7–10 business days).

• The Company reserves the right to hold or reverse payment in case of refund requests, disputes, or policy violations.

5. Affiliate Policy

• Any registered user can join the Affiliate Program.

• Affiliates will receive up to 20% commission per successful sale generated via their referral link.

• Affiliate commissions are calculated only on verified, non-refunded transactions.

• The Company may revise commission rates or program rules at any time without prior notice.

6. Buyer Policy

• Buyers are advised to read the software description, license terms, and compatibility details before purchase.

• Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, refunds or replacements cannot be issued, except in cases of verified technical faults.

• In case of any issue, buyers can contact support@softinapp.com, and the Company will assist within reasonable limits.

7. Payments & Payouts

• All payments on Softinapp.com are processed securely via approved payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree).

• The Company complies with RBI and IT Act 2000 guidelines regarding digital payments.

• Payment timelines, deductions, and taxes may vary as per banking and regulatory policies.

• The Company reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in cases of fraud suspicion, chargebacks, or KYC verification pending.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content, logo, brand name Softinapp.com, and technology are owned by Right Club 24 Private Limited.

• Uploading copyrighted or third-party content without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Partners retain rights to their software but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display and sell their product on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Softinapp.com provides services “as is” and “as available”.

• The Company is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages caused by using the platform or software listed.

• In no event shall the total liability of the Company exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital software purchases are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

• Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases where the product fails to function as described, subject to investigation.

• Affiliate and Partner earnings are non-refundable once credited to their accounts.

11. Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for:

• Policy violation

• Fraudulent activity

• Copyright infringement

• Misuse of platform resources

12. Modification of Terms

Softinapp.com may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
