Welcome to Softinapp.com, India’s First Software Marketplace operated by Right Club 24 Private Limited, based in Yamunanagar, Haryana, India.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all software purchases, partner payouts, and affiliate earnings made through our platform (www.softinapp.com).
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

All products available on Softinapp.com are digital software or downloadable items.
Once a digital product (software, file, or license) has been purchased or downloaded, it is considered delivered and consumed.
Due to the digital nature of our services, Softinapp.com follows a strict “No Refund, No Cancellation” policy except under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

All sales made through Softinapp.com are final and non-refundable.
Once the payment is successfully processed and the download link, activation key, or file is delivered, no refund or cancellation shall be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Buyer’s change of mind or misunderstanding of product use

• Software incompatibility with the user’s device or operating system

• Accidental or duplicate purchases

• User’s lack of technical knowledge or inability to install software

We strongly recommend users to review product descriptions, demo versions (if available), and system requirements before making a purchase.

3. Refunds Under Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered under verified technical or operational issues, such as:

• The purchased software fails to download or activate due to a verified platform error

• Duplicate payment charged due to a technical glitch in our payment gateway

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions reported and verified by our payment processor

All such refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase to support@softinapp.com with complete order details and valid proof.

⚠️ Note: Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Right Club 24 Private Limited after technical verification.
The company reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on internal review.

4. Partner & Affiliate Refunds

• Partners (Sellers): Once a sale is confirmed, partner earnings (60%) are credited to their account after a validation period (7–10 business days). If a refund is approved for a transaction, the corresponding partner payout will be reversed or deducted.

• Affiliates: Affiliate commissions are paid only on successful, verified, non-refunded sales. If a buyer refund is approved, the related affiliate commission will be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.

5. Refund Process (If Applicable)

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).

• Refund processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

• Any applicable payment gateway or transaction fees will not be refunded.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since all transactions on Softinapp.com involve instant digital delivery, order cancellation is not permitted once payment has been processed.
Users cannot cancel their purchase or request replacements after receiving software access or license information.

7. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by a user without following the official refund process will be treated as a breach of policy.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate such accounts and pursue legal remedies to recover associated costs.

8. Fraudulent or Misuse Activity

In case of any fraudulent activity, misuse of affiliate links, or abuse of refund systems, Softinapp.com reserves full rights to:

• Suspend the user or partner account without prior notice

• Withhold any pending payouts or commissions

• Report the case to relevant legal authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)

9. Company Rights

Right Club 24 Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice

• Make final decisions in all refund or payment disputes

• Adjust refund procedures in compliance with banking or government regulations
